With a particular focus on LGBTQ+ and trans inclusion, we help leaders develop more inclusive policies, practices, and cultures that align with DEI principles. Jason Miles Summers

I have dedicated my professional life in the private sector to helping executives and companies understand the benefits of inclusive environments through business consulting, and to actively create them. Now, I’m excited to launch my own practice: Beyond Labels Consulting.


My mission is to partner with organisations to foster environments where every individual can be the best version of themselves and reach their full potential. This commitment to DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) not only enhances individual growth but also positively impacts the organisation’s reputation and bottom line.


After graduating with a First-Class Honours degree, I have gained extensive experience in equity, diversity, and inclusion roles, both in-house and as an external consultant. In my free time, I engage in pro bono work for several charities, and I was honoured to be recognised as a “Diversity Hero” in the 2023 British LGBT Awards.
